ESADE is an international, independent academic institution founded by a group of entrepreneurs and the Society of Jesus. It’s been part of the Ramon Llull University since 1995. Its quality education, international focus and deep ties with the business and economic community mean it is held in high prestige globally.

The Business School was one of the first to be awarded the three most prestigious sector accreditations, AACSB International, EQUIS and AMBA, and it regularly achieves top rankings. ESADE’s strength lies in its people. Its more than 50,000 alumni hold positions of responsibility internationally and the school attracts businesspeople, executives, scholars, lawyers and politicians to more than 270 events every year. It offers a multi-campus structure, with campuses in Barcelona and Madrid, has an international advisory board comprising CEOs of major multinationals, and is part of a network of leading management and law universities.

Unique characteristics
ESADE’s main areas of focus are education, research and social dialogue. It has pioneered an education model in Europe based on the development of professional and management skills. It has a Law School and a Business School which offers a renowned Bachelor of Business Administration entirely in English. Free Spanish languages courses are offered to all international students.
Barcelona is seaside city that is famous for its art and architecture, world-class dining – it’s here that molecular gastronomy took off – and its all night, seaside party scene. You can stroll the historic streets and botanic gardens, eat amazing tapas, enjoy a variety of sports on the Mediterranean and visit the numerous museums and galleries showcasing local masters such as Picasso, Miró and Dalí.
