Short-term programs - Winter Break 2023 (June – July)
On this page you will find introductory information and links to previous short-term programs offered during the 2023 winter break (18 June 2023 to 30 July 2023). For more information about a program and to apply, please click the relevant program name under Program Title. The Sydney Abroad's Short-Term team are always ready to help you find the ideal global experience for the break.Steps to Apply
Step 1: Attend a short-term information session or drop-in Q&A to find out more about the application process (incl. eligibility and academic approval process)Step 2: Choose your program, click ‘Apply Now’ and complete the questionnaires inside your application. Ensure to click SUBMIT
Step 3: Submit an Academic Approval Request. Note: Various Academic Approval Period. Refer to each program details. Ensure you click SUBMIT before the cut-off date
Step 4: Submit your application including your Host acceptance documentation
Academic Approval - if you apply by 30 March 2023, Faculty Services (Mobility) guarantee your academic approval request will be processed before the start of your overseas program. If you apply between 30 March 2023 and 10 April 2023, we endeavour to provide an outcome however cannot guarantee that you will have an outcome for before the start of your overseas program. For further information please refer to the academics tab in your chosen program
Notes: Program application and payment deadlines vary by program. You can submit applications for up to two programs.
You are eligible to complete ONE program over Winter University Break for a maximum approved credit limit of 12cp.
