Vice Chancellor's Global Mobility Award (equity)

The Vice Chancellor’s Global Mobility Award provides financial support to undergraduate students to undertake a semester/year exchange or short-term Global Mobility program. Eligible students include those admitted to the University of Sydney through the Early Offer Year 12 (E12) Scheme or other admission pathway through the UAC Educational Access Schemes (EAS) under the category of disadvantage - Financial hardship.

In 2019, Sydney Abroad will be offering the Vice Chancellor's Global Mobility Award to eligible students participating in the following:

  • Semester Exchange Program - valued at $5,000
  • Eligible* Short-term Global Mobility Programs - valued at $2,500
     
Recipients of the Vice Chancellor's Global Mobility Award may hold this award in conjunction with other scholarships, Australian Government mobility grants and the OS-HELP loan.
*Eligible short-term programs include University of Sydney Faculty/Centre programs or those promoted through the Global Mobility Database and approved for a minimum of 6 credit points towards the student's current course. Eligible students may also be considered for the Award if participating in External programs with a minimum duration of 14 successive days including weekends.
