University of Sydney students have the opportunity to spend 9 weeks of their summer holidays undertaking an Internship in Washington DC and taking 2 classes at the University of California, Washington D.C. Campus (UCDC).

Language: classes are instructed in English.
Academic credits: 10 ECTS
General conversion: 7.5ECTS = 6CP Sydney credits
Relevant faculty: Sydney Business School, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences
Once accepted onto the program, all students must enrol in the US Studies Centre Internship unit, USSC3703 to earn credit for your internship. You can also gain credit for the two additional units in DC if you have room in your degree. You will be emailed credit application instructions for your faculty once you have been accepted on to the program.

Scholarship available: Up to 2x USD$2,500 merit based scholarships available, as well as, equity based scholarships.
OS-HELP loans may be available to eligible students enrolled in a Commonwealth supported place, where the program is approved for credit prior to departure. Application required.
