About
One of the world’s most distinguished universities, the University of Michigan is a high ranking public university that regularly ranks in the top three in the country. It attracts the highest achieving students from all over the world and is located in the culturally rich community of Ann Arbor, near Detroit.
 
Highlights
The University’s teaching and research staff are some of the best in the US, including world authorities, Nobel Laureates and internationally acclaimed performing artists and composers. Due to its size and complexity, the University offers a vast range of resources including a massive health care complex, an impressive library system and excellent computer access. Unique characteristics

Location
About 65 km outside Detroit, Ann Arbor offers an exciting intellectual community with plenty of pubs, bookstores and cafes. The town is closely integrated with the University but has its own cultural offerings as well as parks and athletics facilities.
