Unique characteristics
École normale supérieure Paris-Saclay offers a multidisciplinary environment with a focus on the Sciences, Engineering and Social Sciences and Humanities. Recruitment is very competitive and many of its students are ‘normaliens’, students who have passed the entrance exam and are paid as civil servants.

Cachan is a suburb in the southwest of Paris, about 7km from the city centre. Paris is one of the world’s most romantic cities, with famous sites, wonderful food, excellent shopping and a vibrant cultural scene.
