About
Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) is an independent, highly ranking research university in Cleveland, Ohio. It attracts bright, ambitious students from more than 90 countries due to its international reputation, forward-thinking education and inspiring cultural setting.

Highlights
CWRU is located in Cleveland's University Circle, a 500-acre, park-like area full of medical, educational, religious, and social service institutions. It’s a short walk to some of Cleveland’s best attractions including the Cleveland Orchestra, Museum of Art and Museum of Natural History. The buildings of the Cleveland Institute of Art and the Cleveland Institute of Music form part of the University's north campus. There are also several important medical centres, including the Cleveland Clinic, MetroHealth and University Hospitals of Cleveland.

CWRU's nationally recognised programs include arts and sciences, dental medicine, engineering, law, management, medicine, nursing, and social work. The Weatherhead School of Management boasts some of the best names in management among its faculty, and is highly regarded for its innovative approach and research excellence. Location
Cleveland is a mid-sized city that is considered one of the US’s most livable. It offers thriving healthcare and biotech industries, a lively arts and cultural scene and a relatively low cost of living. Attractions include the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, performing arts venues, indie concerts and some pretty good places to eat. It’s also home to the Cleveland Cavaliers basketball team, Cleveland Browns football team and Cleveland Indians baseball team.

For Singapore and Hong Kong citizens only: Students may substitute the TOEFL or IELTS exam score with a letter from your university attesting to the student’s English proficiency.
