About
The University of Warwick was founded in 1965 as part of a government initiative and has become a prime attraction for some of the biggest names in worldwide business and industry.
 
Highlights
The university has an acknowledged reputation for excellence in research and teaching, innovation and links with business and industry. A third of the student body comes from overseas. Its four faculties of Arts, Medicine, Science and Social Science are located on a 290- hectare campus on the outskirts of Coventry and a small satellite campus in Wellbourne. It also has a small base at the Shard in central London. The Warwick Arts Centre, a multi-venue arts campus is the largest venue of its kind outside of London.
 
Unique Characteristics
The Warwick Business School is home to some of the world’s best researchers and also employs a panel of part-time Distinguished Research Environment Professors who ensure research is internationally relevant. The School provides excellent teaching and employs Professors of Practice who bring their real world experience to the classroom.
 
Location
Coventry was England’s capital in the 15th Century and is now the 10th largest city in the country. It offers a pleasant lifestyle with all mid-sized city amenities and is 153 km northwest of London.
