The University of Warwick is a world-leading university with the highest academic and research standards. But we’re not letting the story end there.
That’s because we’re a place of possibility. We’re always looking for new ways to make things happen. Warwick provides a tireless yet supportive environment in which you can make an impact. It’s a prime attraction for some of the biggest names in worldwide business and industry. It’s why we’re ranked highly in the lists of great UK and world universities.
All of this contributes to a compelling story, one that’s little more than 50 years old. But who said youth should hold you back from changing the world?
The University has an acknowledged reputation for excellence in research and teaching, innovation and links with business and industry. Over a quarter of the student body comes from overseas and over 120 countries are represented on the campus. Its four faculties of Arts, Medicine, Science and Social Science are located on a 290-hectare campus on the doorstep of Coventry and Warwickshire, the home of Shakespeare. Over 300 student-run societies and sports clubs offer the opportunity to make your time at Warwick whatever you want it to be. The Warwick Arts Centre, a multi-venue arts campus is the largest venue of its kind outside of London and offers a diverse programme of cinema, performing and visual arts.
Unique Characteristics
Warwick Business School was the first UK business school to achieve triple accreditation from the world’s major management education associations: the Association of MBAs (AMBA), the European Foundation for Management Development (EQUIS), and the US-based Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Warwick Business School have a diverse international student body, which makes for a vibrant and interesting campus experience. We welcome exchange students from outside the UK and value the international perspective they bring.

The campus offers vast green spaces and a wide-range of facilities for shopping, exercise, entertainment and culture. The campus borders Warwickshire, home to Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick Castle and Stratford-upon-Avon, birthplace of William Shakespeare. Located just under an hour by train from London, and under twenty minutes by train to Birmingham International Airport, the heart of England location offers students the perfect opportunity to immerse themselves in British culture and heritage, with easy access to travel across Europe.

Student Experiences

“I loved the people here at WBS. This includes the amazing lecturers, who teach subjects that are not offered back home in Sydney. It includes the other exchange students, who I really enjoyed travelling around Europe with, and with whom I had many fun experiences – whether it was getting together for meals, or navigating the Paris train system with our limited French. Last but not least, I loved meeting UK students. Don’t let Warwick’s location outside of London put you off. WBS is amazing and I’d recommend it to anyone!”
